The handle, stationary joined to the working area of the instrument, is provided with two parallel positioned insertion rings (2) for the thumb and the middle finger, one of them attached to a linear extension. A third ring for the insertion of the index finger (1) is joined to the movable part, positioned at a distance from the other rings (2), closer to the front (3) of the instrument in order to facilitate a precise handling.
