PURPOSE: Provided is a device for inputting medicines proportionally to flux which inputs the medicines proportionally to the flux of raw water flown in a water storage tank and controls the input amount of the medicines to a very small amount. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a bubble generator(20) mixing a solution of medicines(27) with gas(28) to generate bubbles of the medicine and a medicinal fluid input pipe(10), one end of which is connected to a fixed position of a water supply pipe(1) and the other end of which is connected to the bubble generator, inhaling bubbles of the medicines(29) generated by the bubble generator due to pressure difference caused by flowing of raw water in the water supply pipe and allowing the inhaled bubbles of the medicines to put in the water supply pipe, wherein the bubble generator is a pipe-shaped body where a gas inlet(21) is formed on both ends, one end entrance of the pipe-shaped body is connected to the other end entrance of the medicinal fluid input pipe, the other end entrance of the pipe-shaped body is placed in the solution of medicines contained in any container and the gas inlet is installed to be placed in gas floating on the liquid surface of the solution of the medicines contained in the container.
