A modified anode for lithium-polymer cells in which the active anode composition material is combined with Sn and/or Sn organic compounds is new. An Independent claim is included for a process for preparation of the modified anode in which the active anode material (AAM) is modified as above, combined with further additives, and applied to a substrate.
