Cable (9) ends (9a, b) are permanently and compactly connected with plug (10) and socket (11) respectively. The assembly is held undetachably in a casing (1, 2) also surrounding the suction pipe (6, 5). The casing section (1) facing the handle, is at the adjacent end (6b) of the inner pipe (6). The casing section (2) facing the nozzle, is fastened to the adjacent end (5b) of the outer tube (5). The locking unit (12) is in a third casing (3) surrounding all the ends and holding them stable. The third casing is fastened at the far end from the nozzle, with the locking unit.
