The frame is worn on the head like, or combined with, a pair of spectacles with ear-pieces and a nose-bridge piece. Two nose-pieces are connected to a cross nose bridge pieces - one in front (2) and one behind (3). The nose-piece and ear piece are fixed together and connected at the ends by means of hinges . Behind the clamp (4), a second hinge enables the rear part of the ear piece to flap forward.
