The explosive charge for underwater blasting has an inner charge which gives a detonation speed and an outer charge with a different and faster detonation speed. The outer charge (2) covers the outer contour of the inner charge (1) on the side away from the target. The first detonation speed is 5000-6000 m/second and the second detonation speed is 8000-9000 m/second. After the detonator (B) has been triggered, the detonation forces are concentrated in a zone (Z) which is focused at the target.
