The drive arrangement (1) has an electric motor (2) with a rotary shaft. It also has a gear (3) with a drive shaft (5,6) attached to the electric motor. An electronic unit (4) controls the electric motor. A rotary indicator determines the angular position of the rotary shaft of the electric motor and/or the drive shaft of the gear and is connected to the electronics unit. Independent claims also cover a shuttering or ventilation system incorporating such a drive.
