PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for managing the group sale for each salesman are provided to effectively manage the salesman by issuing the group sale report with dividing the products into a plurality of groups for each salesman. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for managing the group sale for each salesman includes a read only memory(ROM)(30), a central processing unit(CPU)(20) and a random access memory(RAM)(40). The ROM stores the salesman group sale management program capable of generating the number of sale and the amount of money data for each group by arranging in response to the BIOS to drive the cash register and the content of the products. The CPU generates the salesman group sale management data by reading the salesman group sale management program stored at the ROM. And, the RAM temporally stores the salesman group sale management program stored at the ROM in response to the control signal applied from the CPU.
