On the other hand, in the side of a reflecting member 2, a through hole 21 where the socket can be inserted into is formed and moreover on the bottom, a round hole as a mounting hole 25 where a mounting bolt 12 can be fitted to from the outside and inserted through is formed. As the reflecting member 2, by aligning the mounting hole 25 to the bolt 12 in the X direction and then moving it to the straight direction, in fact, to the (+Y) direction and fitting the mounting hole 25 to the bolt 12 from the outside and inserting it to the bolt, the reflecting member 2 can be fixed to a apparatus body without interference with the cylindrical member 2. |
