PURPOSE: A system for controlling the site information is provided to restrict the accessing to an Internet web site of a computer not in connection with a specific physical server regardless of an application program and a setup file and to block the information of a specific site according to the request of a group or a user. CONSTITUTION: A user is connected to the Internet by using a client(100). An address replacement module(200) replaces a destination address to a specific destination address via the client with response to the selection or the input of the user. A central server(300) has the address replaced by the address replacement module, determines the allowance or blocking to access the address desired by the client, and informs the result. A site database(400) interlocks with the central server and stores the information about the Internet site of which accessing is allowed or blocked. An external web server(500) is sought by the central server. A search module(600) performs the searching for the accessing to the address with response to the request of the central server.
