PURPOSE: A power generating system using accumulated elastic force is provided to make the best use of wind power by storing intermittent rotational force of wind in the elastic spring through the deceleration unit and generating power with increasing rotational force through the acceleration unit. CONSTITUTION: A power generating system comprises a rotating body(10) rotated in the upper part of the support frame; first and second bobbins arranged in bobbin support plates at both sides of the rotating body; a spring fixed to the first and second bobbins and wound with reversing; first and second clutch members(60,70) extended from the bobbin support plates; first and second linear motors(80,90) supplying and shutting off power by actuating the first and second clutch members; first and second sensors detecting the spring wound on the bobbin; a control unit(120) controlling the first and second liner motors according to the signals from the first and second sensors; an impeller(140) generating rotational force by wind power; a deceleration unit(130) transmitting decelerated power to the first bobbin through the first clutch by decelerating power from the impeller; an acceleration unit(150) increasing rotational force of the first bobbin from elastic force of the spring; a wind indicator(160) rotating the rotating body according to wind direction; and a generator(170) generating power by receiving rotational force of the acceleration unit. |
