PURPOSE: A disposable dental cleaner and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to sterilize an oral cavity in a reliable, hygienic manner, to remove foul breath and to easily remove tartar or other foreign matter from teeth. CONSTITUTION: The disposable dental cleaner comprises: a first pad(1) for removing foreign matter from teeth using long bristles; a second pad(2) for removing small-sized waste matter using short bristles; and a thermal fusion unit(3) for thermally fusing and coupling peripheral portions of the first and second pads(1, 2) to each other, the first and second pads(1, 2) containing a dental cleaning liquid to be applied during a cleaning work for suppressing an attack of a disease in the mouth.
