PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method are provided to allow a user to easily inform the emergency state by pressing the emergency button arranged on the user terminal. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises a step(S205) of receiving emergency call data from a user terminal; a step(S208) of extracting coordinates of user location corresponding to the location of the user terminal; a step(S230) of generating a rescue request message including the coordinates of user location; and a step(S235) of transmitting the rescue request message to the rescue center. An apparatus comprises an emergency call data receiving module for receiving emergency call data from a user terminal; a user location tracking module for tracking the location of the user terminal; a rescue request message generating module for generating a rescue request message corresponding to the emergency call data; and a rescue request message transmitting module for transmitting the rescue request message to the rescue center. |
