PURPOSE: A wiper motor mount structure for a flip-up glass is provided to improve the appearance by inserting a wiring into an insertion groove formed at a weather strip. CONSTITUTION: A tailgate is rotatably installed at the rear of a vehicle body. A flip-up glass(3) is rotatably coupled to the top of the tailgate. A wiper motor(20) is installed at the lower inside of the flip-up glass, and has a wiper(10) coupled to the outside of the flip-up glass. A wiring(22) supplies the power of a battery to the wiper motor. A weather strip(100) is fixed to the lower inside of the flip-up glass, and has an insertion groove(110) into which the wiring is inserted, and a rib(120) adhering closely to the bottom of a rear body(30).
