PURPOSE: A functional soap composition is provided, to improve a cleansing effect, moisturizing effect, whitening effect and antibacterial effect. CONSTITUTION: The functional soap composition comprises 82.5-89.2 wt% of a soap base; 1-3 wt% of a rare earth mineral fine powder; 2.3-3.2 wt% of a jade powder; 1.5-2 wt% of yellow soil; 1-3 wt% of charcoal; 3.7-4.5 wt% of refined pyroligneous liquid; 0.8-1.0 wt% of a perfume; and 0.5-0.8 wt% of glycerine.
