PURPOSE: A foldable stroller is provided to prevent a lock of an opening state from releasing by operating and spacing a stopper separately from an operating member. CONSTITUTION: A foldable stroller is composed of an opening state-lock member(4) hung and fitted to a portion of a stroller body to lock an opening state of the stroller; an operating member(6) for releasing a lock of the opening state of the stroller by moving and operating the opening state-lock member; and a stopper(10) disposed separately from the operating member for a motion. The stopper displaces between first and second positions. The first position is directly contacted to the opening state-lock member to prevent a movement of the opening state-lock member. The second position is separated form the opening state-lock member to allow the movement of the opening state-lock member.
