PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject apparatus improved so as to efficiently stir soybean milk which momentarily advances in its solidification through putting a coagulant therein, and to evenly and moderately solidify the whole soybean milk vertically, horizontally, and inside and outside in a case without requiring much advanced skill. SOLUTION: This apparatus is so designed that a plate-like apparatus body 1 is set along both sides of inner walls 4a, 4b of a soybean milk case 4 to vertically fit to the case, a folded part 3 which is folded with an appropriate width and angle and runs almost in parallel to the bottom surface of the case 4 is unitedly set at the bottom rim of the body 1, and vertical flow is roused in the soybean milk 5 in the case through returning action of the folded part 3. |
