PURPOSE:To obtain a foaming composition for a roller which is used for manufacturing a roller to be used in contact with a photosensitive subatance, which is possessed by either an electronic camera or a printer, or for a roller feeding a from, providing a roller having far lower hardness. CONSTITUTION:A foaming composition for a roller contains (A) a hydrocarbon or polysiloxane curing agent which possesses at least two hydroxyl group within a molecular and a number average molecular weight of not exceeding 30,000, (B) a polymer having at least one alkenyl group on a moleculor end, and a repeating unit constituting a main chain comprised of a saturated hydrocarbon unit or an oxyalkylene unit, (C) a catalyst for hydrosilyl ation, and (D) a foaming agent, and if necessary including, (E) a modifier for storage stability, (F) a condctivity-imparting agent and, (G) a foam adjuster. |
