PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a molding out of a resin having low heat history by melting and kneading a material resin before it is pelletized with an injection device having a venting opening by omitting preliminary drying. SOLUTION: A material resin before it is pelletized, which is sent to a hopper 6, is supplied to the inside of a cylinder 1 from a supply opening 4. The material resin of fine particle is sent to the front part of the cylinder 1 and compressed by rotation of an injection screw 2. Steam and gas of residual monomer to be generated by heat compression are sucked by a venting opening 5 and exhausted to the outside of the cylinder 1, not leaving them in a plasticized resin at the forward part of the venting opening 5. A cavity 9 in a mold 8 is filled with the resin by the forward movement of the injection screw 2. |
