A radiator valve has a shutoff element, this in closed position adjoins the seat system of the valve and at opening the valve is displaced from the valve seat. For pass of larger amount of liquid the system of seats (11) includes several seats (23) placed on bearing element (17) through which the openings (21) go. At that the seats (23) of the valve go out over the surface (18) of the bearing element (17) turned to the shutoff element of the valve. Each seat restricts with its inner surface the opening (21), at that between the seats (23) gap (25) is provided, this is preserved in closed position of the shutoff element (10) as well.
