PURPOSE: A pneumatic dynamic bearing and a spindle motor are provided to coat tungsten, tin, fluoropolymer resin-based PTFE(Polytetrafluorethylene), and chromium on a contact of a sleeve and a bearing shaft for enhancing a lubrication performance and an abrasion resistance feature. CONSTITUTION: The motor comprises a frame(2), a stator(30), a sleeve(10), a magnet(15), and a bearing shaft(20). The frame(2), having a plate shape, includes a pipe type burring member protruded in a center. The stator(30), fixed at an outer circumference of the burring member, includes a core which is wound around a circumferential end. The sleeve(10), inserted into an inner circumference of the burring member, includes a hollow body with a coating layer while a groove for generating a pneumatic dynamic pressure on an inner face, and a skirt member(11) with a cap shape extended from an outer circumference. The magnet(15), fixed on an inner circumference of the skirt member(11), forms a gap with the stator(30) core while it faces the core. The bearing shaft(20), inserted into an inner circumference of the sleeve(10) with a gap of several micrometers, forms a groove at an outer circumference for generating a pneumatic dynamic pressure.
