The method for obtaining the preparations of ribonucleotides provides for hydrolysis of the yeast ribonucleic acid by pancreatic ribonuclease, the precipitation by ethanol, the ultrafiltration, the treatment of the filtrate with 8-10-fold volume of ethanol, the drying of the precipitate, the dissolution of the precipitate in sodium chloride solution, the sterilizing filtration, the filling and thesterilization of the ampoules. The yeast ribonucleic acid is hydrolyzed for 8-10 h. The precipitation with ethanol is performed at the temperature of 8-12 DEGREE C. The precipitate is freeze-dried. The final product is sterilized at the temperature of 110-112 DEGREE C for 8-10 min.
