The proposed method for determining the concentration of substance in solution by spectrophotometric analysis consists in filling a reference cuvette with solution with the known concentration of the substance, passing monochromatic ultraviolet radiation with the specified intensity and wavelength through the reference cuvette, measuring the intensity of the radiation that passes through the cuvette for a specified period and determining the average intensity, filling the measuring cuvette with the solution to be analyzed, repeating the described analysis procedure for the measuring cuvette, and determining the concentration of the substance by the measurement results. The present invention provides a possibility to increase accuracy in measuring concentration of substances.
