PURPOSE: A fuel saving device for a laver drier containing an inner heat discharge pipe made of stainless steel having high heat conductivity in a furnace and a waste heat inducing pipe at an inlet of a blower to utilize waste heat and hot moisture is provided. It remarkably saves fuel(about 45%) and improves a commercial value of the product such as color and gloss. CONSTITUTION: A U-shaped inner heat inducing pipe(105) made of stainless steel is installed at the inner wall of a furnace(102) in a state in which it is not cling to the furnace, an inner heat discharge pipe(107) having both side holes is installed away from an upper laver net rack(109). The inner heat inducing pipe and inner heat discharge pipe are connected through the outer wall of the furnace. A waste heat absorbing pipe(108) is installed in parallel with the inner heat discharge pipe on the upper surface of the upper laver net rack to connect to an inlet of a blower(104). |
