<p>An assembly system used to build two pane thermoacoustic windows for houses and buildings is provided. The assembly system uses a set of profiles and joints a permanently installed valve to assemble the window frame without a fusion welding machine or any other heat base process. The system creates an airtight unit directly on the frame. The frame unions are airtight sealed because the profiles and the joints are designed and manufactured to be inserted one into the other, with a precision and tolerance that, with a bonding material, forms seal on the contact surfaces. The design additionally provides an adherence surface on the window frame which, using a binding material, seals the glass panes and frame to create an airtight unit. The valve allows the assembler to evacuate the air in the airtight unit to make a vacuum, or to inflow a gas. The system improves the insulating thermal and acoustic capacity of the window, and allows a supplier to sell the components to build the window, which is then assembled by snapping together profiles and joints. The system can also be applied to assembly one pane window and for other purposes and for any type of glass and window frame.</p> |
