PURPOSE: A Hangul character inputting method using a stroke is provided to minimize the number of buttons required for inputting Hangul by using a stroke, the most basic unit of Hangul. CONSTITUTION: By constructing a word by using a stroke, the basic unit of Hangul, the number of buttons used for inputting a character in an electronic device can be considerably reduced. Strokes include vowels and special marks. The vowel is disposed for a button 1, and the special mark is disposed for a button 2. The vowel is disposed for a button 3, and the special mark is disposed for a button 4. The vowel is disposed for a button 5, and the special mark is disposed for a button 6. Without a necessity of studying a method for constituting Hangul, a user can simply presses buttons in order of strokes, so the user can immediately input a character simply and conveniently. |
