PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a vapor lock in a high-pressure fuel passage when vapor is generated in a high-pressure fuel chamber of a fuel feed module for an engine by discharging the vapor with the excessive pressure fuel to a fuel tank through a pressure regulator. SOLUTION: In this fuel feed module for an engine, an outer housing 37 is provided with a fuel pump P, an electric motor M, a low-pressure fuel chamber 40 and a high-pressure fuel chamber 41 wherein each of outer ends of a suction port 2 and a discharge port 3 of the fuel pump P is opened, and a pressure regulator R for adjusting pressure of the high-pressure fuel chamber 41, and a high-pressure fuel passage 71 continued to a fuel injection valve I is connected to the high-pressure fuel chamber 41. A valve chamber inlet 73a of the pressure regulator R is opened in the high-pressure fuel chamber 41 over an upstream end 71a of the high-pressure fuel passage 71. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
