PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical wall surface structure for lightweight banking construction method for performing weak subsoil work, landslide countermeasure work and levee widening banking work for steep slope at a low cost without securing an installation place for a heavy machine. SOLUTION: This structure is composed of: a plurality of struts erected at designated spaces on a foundation; a number of resin foamed body blocks stacked with through holes passed the struts and each having a facing material on one side thereof; and a tilting preventive metal fitting mounted between the strut and the foamed resin rectangular block.
