PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-solvent type moisture-curing hot melt urethane resin composition having high cross-linking reactivity under a room temperature condition, exhibiting less increase in viscosity with time by a side reaction on heating for melting the composition and excellent in heat stability. SOLUTION: This non-solvent type moisture-curing hot melt urethane resin composition is characterized by containing (A) an isocyanate group-containing hot melt urethane prepolymer, (B) a morpholine ether-based cross-linking catalyst and (C) at least 1 kind of a sulfur-containing organic acid selected from sulfonic acids and sulfinic acids, as indispensable components.
