PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver's future state predicting system which predicts the future accident encounter probability of a driver objectively corresponding to his or her travel state. SOLUTION: This system comprises: a vehicle state detecting means 11 for detecting the traveling condition of the vehicle; a driving information detecting means for detecting driving information; a driving information storage means for storing the driving information detected by the driving information detecting means; a driver's accident encounter predicting means for predicting the future accident encounter probability of the driver based on the deceleration level of the vehicle when the vehicle is changed from a constant speed traveling state to a decelerating state from the driving information stored in the driving information storage means; and a transmission means for transmitting the accident encounter probability predicted by the driver's accident encounter predicting means to a driver, a manager or a third person. The driver's accident encounter predicting means variably sets the deceleration permission level according to information on a direction indicator operation detected by the vehicle state detecting means, and stored in the driving information storage means, compares the deceleration level of the vehicle with the deceleration permission level, and predicts the accident encounter probability.
