PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a frame space while preventing liquid crystal from deteriorating and actualizing satisfactory display wherein a flicker is suppressed as to a digital data line driver. SOLUTION: A data input part 10 and an output part 18 are configured to have a data cross function of replacing data between different channels of respective data lines according to an external data switching control signal POL.
