PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current detecting circuit which can cope with high speed load fluctuation and contribute to low consumption current driving of a poststage circuit. SOLUTION: The current detecting circuit is equipped with at least a sensing resistor Rs which converts, e.g., a charging current or a discharging current of a battery to a detection voltage, a differential amplifier 1 for amplifying the detection voltage, a current forming circuit 11 for forming a current corresponding to an output voltage of the amplifier 1, and an integral circuit 12 for performing a time integral of a current which the current forming circuit 11 forms. The current forming circuit 11 comprises a first current mirror circuit. The integral circuit 12 comprises a second current mirror circuit whose input current is an output current of the first current mirror circuit, and a capacitor C1 for charging an output current of the second current mirror circuit.
