PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for specifically transmitting physiologically active substances to a specific internal organ in a living body, for example the spleen or the thymus. SOLUTION: A probe expressed by a following expression (I) is medicated to animals other than a human being. The probe is determined by the image measurement of the animal itself, or the spleen, organization, or cells sampled from the animal at fixed time to identify the organs, organization, or cells where a compound to be inspected is accumulated. The expression (I) is expressed by (S<SP>1</SP>-L<SP>1</SP>)<SB>m</SB>-B<SP>1</SP>-(F<SP>1</SP>)n. S<SP>1</SP>in the expression indicates a compound residue to be inspected; L<SP>1</SP>indicates an organism adaptive macromolecular residue that can position-specifically or chemically combine S<SP>1</SP>and B<SP>1</SP>via L<SP>1</SP>; F<SP>1</SP>indicates an imaging reagent residue; and B<SP>1</SP>indicates a linker that can chemically combine 1-60 Ls and 1-10 F<SP>1</SP>s via B<SP>1</SP>or 1-60 Ls, where m and n indicate 1-60 integers and 0-10 integers, respectively.
