PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular control device during deceleration capable of making avoiding engine stalling and preventing recovery shock compatible in addition to ensuring a improving margin in fuel consumption regardless of dispersion in lock-up releasing delay. SOLUTION: In the vehicular control device during deceleration carrying out lock-up control and cutting fuel in deceleration by full closure of an accelerator opening, a lock-up releasing engine speed initial value with respect to a state that the lock-up releasing delay is large is established in advance. On the basis of the measured lock-up releasing delay time, lock-up releasing engine speed is changed to a low engine speed side. When the accelerator opening is fully closed and an engine speed detecting value becomes not more than the lock-up releasing engine speed, a lock-up releasing instruction signal is outputted.
