PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient and effective multifunctional pillow/emergency portable box. SOLUTION: An emergency portable handle 8 is attached to a box to be a pillow stand and formed into a storage box also served as a portable box, and the box is applied as the multifunctional pillow also served as the emergency portable box 2. In a lid 3, the height of the storage box also served as the portable box 2 is suppressed to low, wide and flat, a through-hole 5 for a pillow attaching band 4 and air holes 6 are formed in the lid 3, link devices such as a pillow slip prevention 7, a hinge 9, a locking device 10, a height adjusting base 12, and its connecting device 11 are devised, the structure of the pillow is effectively used, and the respective functions are fully exhibited.
