The invention relates to a method for measuring service quality QoS in a digital link between at least two terminals exchanging data via a plurality of telecommunication operators. The inventive method consists in dividing said digital link into a plurality of sections linking up at least two demarcation points, calculating the incoming service quality QoSe(SEP, UAS) and the outgoing service quality QoSs(SEP, UAS) in each section and deducting the bi-directional QoS from one end to the other on the basis of the bi-directional QoS calculated in each section.
