PURPOSE: A mouth brush is provided to clean every corner of the front, rear, left and right sides of the mouth, particularly, the regions of the mouth where a toothbrush is not contacted, by moving the tooth brush at every angle of 360 deg. CONSTITUTION: Binding regions of mouth brush molds(3) and mouth brush bars are formed by a prominence and depression method. Insert-binding prominence and depression regions are formed by selecting one of well-known insert binding methods such as a hook method, a pen cap method, a screw method, etc. The mouth brush molds(3) are formed by selecting either binding depression portion or binding prominence portion. A mouth brush member(2) is formed at every angle of 360 deg. on the surfaces of the mouth brush molds(3) by selecting one or a few of well-known cleaning members such as a cleaning sponge, a nonwoven fabric, fiber, brush, etc, thereby forming a refill mouth brush.
