RACK BEARING FOR STEERING GEAR

PURPOSE: A rack bearing for a steering gear is provided to reduce power loss and noise caused by surface contact by substituting a rack bearing of a wire frame shape for a rack bearing of a solid shape and improve work efficiency and economical efficiency by reducing the number of parts. CONSTITUTION: A rack bearing(100) for a steering gear has a wire(110) having elasticity. The wire is wound in a spring shape. The end of the spring coming in contact with a rack(67) is formed in a curvature shape and is fastened closely to the surface of the rack. Surface contact is reduced because the rack bearing pressing toward a pinion(66) in the rear of the rack is formed in the spring shape.
