Operating unit for an electrophotographic print or copier system has a user interface with input and output fields with which operation of the electrophotographic print or copier system is undertaken. The interface permits selection of a user account from at least two account options, e.g. operator, service. The settings of input and output fields of the graphical user interface can be adjusted for each type or account. Independent claims are also included for the following:- (a) a graphical user interface for operating an electrophotographic print or copier system; (b) and a method for operating an electrophotographic print or copier system.
