摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for optimal arrangement estimation of heating parts and a recording medium by which cooling design is standardized by estimating the optimal arrangement places of the heating parts precisely in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: The method for optimal arrangement estimation of the heating parts consists of next steps. Step 1: XY coordinate axes orthogonal on a heat sink substrate 3 are assumed. Steps 2 to 4: A temperature is estimated when the heating parts are arranged at three places on a parallel line prepared in parallel to the Y axis from three points on the X axis. Step 5: The optimal arrangement places of the heating parts on the parallel line are obtained by approximation by a quadratic function with a temperature estimated value as an index. Step 6: The sequence of coordinate positions of the respective optimal arrangement places on the line obtained similarly is approximated by a spline. Step 7: A quadratic function is obtained with a traverse line distance on the spline as an argument and with a temperature estimated value at the optimal arrangement places as a dependent variable. Step 8: The quadratic function with the temperature as an evaluation index is obtained.
