PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change-over a transmission system of video signals and to prevent operation error in a portable electronic apparatus equipped with an output function of video signals by a plurality of systems. SOLUTION: A battery package room 90 surrounded by a battery cover 200 and a partition wall 29 is formed at a left end of a binocular telescope 10 with a digital camera. An opening 204 is provided at a part of the partition wall 29 masked by a loaded battery 92. A tab part 208 of a slide switch 206 for performing switching among NTSC system, PAL system and SECAM system is arranged in the opening 204. The battery 92 is removed and the switch 206 is changed-over and after the battery 92 is loaded again, the power is applied. Video signals of a picture image-picked up by a photographing optical system provided inside a rotating shaft cylinder 54 is outputted from a video output-terminal connector 94 by a set system.
