PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio wave absorber which has a simple and thin structure, and can be effective to a multifrequency band. SOLUTION: The radio wave absorber 11 comprises conductor foil 13, a resistance film 15 which is arranged so as to be set opposite to the conductor foil 13 at a certain distance, a conductor layer 17 which is arranged between the conductor foil 13 and the resistance film 15 at a prescribed distance from the conductor foil 13, and a resin for filling the distance. The whole radio wave absorber 11 is formed so as to have a formalized rectangular plate shape. The conductor layer 17 is composed of a plurality of metal films arranged in a matrix form.
