PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an identification tag by which a visually impaired person can discriminate the color and pattern etc. of clothing or the like without assistance or an identification machine to encourage the independence of the visually impaired person. SOLUTION: The tag on which information of color and pattern is indicated in ruggedness is adhered or stitched on clothing or the like so as to enable the visually impaired person to discriminate color and pattern by touching the tag. Since the tag is to be attached depending on the need of the visually impaired person or the like and is not to be attached to all the products during the manufacture, the cost increase in common articles can be avoided.
