PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall panel capable of ensuring sufficient ventilation in a wall body and providing a function as a bearing wall sufficiently to solve problems of a conventional wall panel wherein the inside of the wall body is completely sealed in order to provide required strength, thereby lacking in ventilation property, and a structural member and a face member are damaged in order to promote ventilation. SOLUTION: A member having larger length than a column cross section is used as a frame member. A hole is drilled in the frame member in the wall panel d provided with the face members on its both faces and integrating them to allow ventilation and prevent dew condensation in the wall body due to retention of air. When performing construction for fitting it between adjacent columns, the construction standard for making an inner face of a room of the wall panel d and a column face the same face can be easily made clear, and conventional size of a living room space can be ensured. Furthermore, when performing construction for fitting this wall structure between adjacent columns, a space is created on an external part side face of a column a by thickness, and various column leg head fittings can be attached in the space.
