PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pedestal fixing structure for reducing the sectional area of a foundation pole structure in foundation concrete. SOLUTION: The foundation pole structure 20 is buried in the foundation concrete 11. The foundation pole structure 20 includes an outer reinforcement cage and an inner reinforcement cage. The outer reinforcement cage is composed of a plurality of vertical first anchor reinforcement bars 21 and a plurality of first hoop reinforcement bars 23 connected to surround the anchor reinforcement bars 21 and disposed at spaces in the vertical direction. The inner reinforcement cage is composed of a plurality of vertical second anchor reinforcement bars 22 and a plurality of second hoop reinforcement bars 24 connected to surround the anchor reinforcement bars 22 and disposed at spaces in the vertical direction. The upper end of each first anchor reinforcement bar 21 is fixed to the peripheral part positioned on the outside of a steel pipe pole 30 at a base 31 at the lower end of the steep pipe 30, and the upper end part of each second anchor reinforcement bar 22 is positioned inside the steel pipe pole 30 and fixed to the pedestal of the steel pipe pole 30.
