PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spiral guide-way attached riser pipe line and a supporting structure of a double pipe thereof which make sewage flow down to a sewer pipe on the upper stream side without causing any back-flow to the sewer pipe on the upper stream side or overflow to the ground or the like, even if the surplus flow of a sewage flows in the spiral guideway attached riser pipe line for a drainage as the double pipe kept in a sleeve pipe. SOLUTION: In the sewer riser pipe placing a spiral guide-way for curvedly flowing down to the inner circumferential surface of the pipe, the sleeve pipe having an inside diameter larger than an outside diameter of the riser is installed to the outside of the riser so that the center axes of the both pipes are aligned to use them as the double pipe, and the sewage flows in a gap between the outside of the riser and the inside of the sleeve from the upper part thereof to flow out from the lower part thereof.
