摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved method for applying copper deposit on the surface of a manifold used for a rocket engine. SOLUTION: A method for forming a copper or a copper alloy deposited layer on at least one side of the inner surface and/or the outer surface of metallic alloy manifold for the rocket engine includes: a step in which metallic powdery particles having the size in the range from sufficient size so as to avoid blow-off from a base material 10 with bow shock layer to 50μm are prepared; and a step in which the deposited layer is formed on at least one of surfaces 24, 26 of the base material 10 by passing the metallic powdery particles through the nozzle 20 of a spray gun 22 at a speed sufficient to plastically deform the metallic powdery particles on at least one surface.
