A color toner which can be fixed on a storage medium by flashlight includes a binder resin, an infrared (IR) absorber and a colorant for principal development of a certain color, the colorant being a yellow colorant comprising C.I. Pigment Yellow 180 or 185; a magenta colorant comprising C.I. Pigment Violet 19; or a cyan colorant comprising C.I. Pigment Blue 15. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a color toner set forming a multi-colored image and containing the above toners (A), (B) and (C); and (2) an image-forming apparatus for overlaying the toners (A), (B) and (C) to give a multi-colored image with flashlight.
