POWER FEEDING DEVICE FOR SLIDE DOOR AND HARNESS CABLING STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent interference of a wire harness and a vehicle body when fully opening a slide door.

SOLUTION: The power feeding device 1 for a slide door is provided with an elastic member 5 for energizing the wire harness 4 in a loosing and absorbing direction and a harness supporting member 2 provided at a distal end of the elastic member 5. When fully opening the slide door for bending the wire harness 4 into a small diameter, the curved harness supporting member 2 is extended and formed to guide the wire harness 4 without interfering with the vehicle body. The elastic member 5 and the harness supporting member 2 are housed within a protector 3. The wire harness 4 is raised from a front end 3a side of the protector 3. When fully opening the slide door, a distal end 2b of the harness supporting member 2 is located at a front end or in the vicinity of the protector 3 to derive the wire harness 4 from the front end of the protector 3 in a protector extending direction. A holding wall 16 is erected on one side of the harness supporting member 2 to be located close to the vehicle body.
