PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information provision method requesting provision of prescribed information by use of a mobile stick storing a request command requesting the provision of the information and allowing an information provision device requested with the request of the information to provide the information, and also to provide an information provision system using the information provision method, the information provision device used for the information provision system, and a computer program for functioning a computer as the information provision device.

SOLUTION: A cellphone 2 equipped with the mobile stick 3 storing the request command requesting the provision of a prescribed Web page transmits request information requesting the provision of the Web page to a Web server device 1 according to the request command acquired from the mobile stick 3, and the Web server device 1 which received the request information provides the information via a network N.
